Good Denim + Bodysuit

This post is solely dedicated to Gap jeans because LISTEN! I have officially started to stan. I grabbed the pair shown in this post during a sale and since then I’ve purchased at least 5 more pairs. I’ve explored a variety of styles and I’m sold on all of them. The jeans fit like a glove and can last during a wash. The washing machine has ruined so many jeans for me but I couldn’t avoid the wash. I’ve washed each pair of jeans from the Gap and the denim upheld after each wash. As a girl with a little junk in my trunk, I know the struggle of finding quality jeans that fit well. Good jeans are truly a gem. Prior to this amazing jean discovery, jeans have been extremely hit or miss for me. I used to swear by jeans from Fashion Nova until I realized the quality is really subpar. When searching for jeans, I always consider these three things:

  1. Stretch

  2. Length

  3. Wash

Jeans that have a good stretch tend to fit well. This feature allows for jeans to move with which makes them comfortable. I hate to feel restricted while wearing jeans. It’s really important for jeans to be the appropriate length, especially if you have long legs like me. Unless a shorter length is intentional, like a cropped boyfriend style, I’ll probably pass on any jean that doesn’t reach my ankles comfortably.

Finally, the wash is really all about preference. I typically go for darker washes in the colder months and light washes during the warmer months. But again, that is just my preference. If you’re reading this and you need a good pair of jeans, I’d highly suggest checking out the denim from the Gap.
